Effective January 1, 2026. Welcome to My Mental Health University®. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, courses, digital materials, and affiliate programs. By accessing our site or purchasing any products, you agree to these terms in full.
Intellectual Property
All course materials, videos, worksheets, and written content are the intellectual property of My Mental Health University® and may not be copied, distributed, or resold without written permission.
Course Access
Access to purchased or registered courses is provided solely to the purchaser. Sharing login credentials or redistributing course materials is strictly prohibited.
Professional Use
My Mental Health University® trainings and resources are designed for educational purposes only and do not replace clinical supervision, therapy, or legal consultation. Users are responsible for compliance with licensure and ethical standards in their jurisdiction.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Mental Health University® disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for damages arising from the use of our website or services.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States.

GDPR Addendum
Effective January 1, 2026. This GDPR Addendum applies to individuals located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom (UK), and Switzerland.
Data Controller
My Mental Health University® ("MHU") acts as the data controller for personal information collected through our website and online learning systems.

Data Transfers
By using MHU's services, you consent to the transfer of your data to the United States, which may not offer the same level of protection as your home country. We use reasonable safeguards such as standard contractual clauses to protect your information.
EEA / UK Consumer Refund Rights
Important: My Mental Health University® does not sell or ship products — digital or physical — to customers located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland. Our courses, credentials, and books are offered exclusively to customers in the United States. Checkout is geo-restricted to U.S. billing and shipping addresses only.
If a purchase is inadvertently completed from an EEA, UK, or Swiss location, the customer's rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (including the 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts) apply in full. In such cases, a full refund will be issued within 14 days of the withdrawal request, regardless of digital access or physical delivery status, and our standard "all sales are final" policy is superseded.
EEA, UK, or Swiss consumers seeking a refund under this right should contact hello@mymhuniversity.com with the subject line "EEA/UK Withdrawal Request" within 14 days of purchase (digital) or delivery (physical).

Certified Pre-Marital Specialist™ (CPMS™), The Before I do Method™, and Before "I do" (as book title, no mark) are marks and titles associated with My Mental Health University®; CPMS™, Certified Pre-Marital Specialist™, and The Before I do Method™ are pending registration. All content, course materials, and proprietary frameworks are © Olivia L. Baylor / My Mental Health University®. All rights reserved. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
Use of any My Mental Health University® mark, framework, or credential language — including CPMS™, Certified Pre-Marital Specialist™, or The Before I do Method™ — requires written permission. For licensing, media, or press inquiries, contact hello@mymhuniversity.com.
NBCC Compliance Notice
My Mental Health University® has been approved by NBCC as an Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP No. 7739. Programs that do not qualify for NBCC credit are clearly identified. My Mental Health University® is solely responsible for all aspects of the programs.
CE credit availability is stated on each individual course listing. Programs marketed as "CE credit eligible through an NBCC-Approved Provider (ACEP #7739)" have been reviewed for content, learning objectives, and instructor qualifications consistent with NBCC standards. Non-CE trainings are labeled as such.

Refund Policy
Applies to U.S. customers only. My Mental Health University® sells exclusively to U.S. addresses. EEA, UK, and Swiss consumers who purchase inadvertently are covered by the 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law — see the GDPR Addendum for details.
Effective January 1, 2026. Due to the digital nature of CE materials, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
Refund requests will not be honored once course access has been granted. Product-specific refund terms apply to the Before "I do" book, speaking engagements, and CPMS™ enrollment; see product pages for details.
