Bring a clinician’s voice to the conversations your people usually avoid.
Relationships, safety at home, and culture shape how your people show up every day. You get a speaker who has sat with those stories in session and can turn them into language your audience can use the same afternoon.

What Olivia speaks about
Choose a topic below or ask for a session built around your theme. Each one can run as a keynote, a workshop, or a shorter ERG session.
Relationships at work and at home
What your people carry into the office from the relationships that matter most to them, and how a few honest conversations about money, family, roles, and conflict can change how they show up.
Good fit for: ERGs, people teams, wellbeing programming
The conversations couples skip
Most couples spend a year planning a wedding and very little time planning a marriage. Drawing on The Before I Do Method™, this session walks through the topics worth talking about before the big day: money, family, faith, roles, intimacy, and conflict.
Good fit for: community events, faith and family programs, ERGs
Behind the chair: lessons from Maryland HB 1547
Maryland HB 1547 calls for domestic violence awareness training for barbers and cosmetologists. Olivia developed that training and offers it in six languages. You will learn what trusted, everyday professionals notice and how to respond with care.
Good fit for: conferences, frontline and client-facing teams, community organizations
Inclusive premarital preparation for every couple
What changes, and what does not, when you serve LGBTQIA+, interfaith, interracial, blended, and polyamorous families. A practical, respectful look at preparing every couple well.
Good fit for: clinicians, clergy and officiants, ERGs
Cultural humility with immigrant and first-generation communities
How culture, migration, and family expectations shape the way people ask for help, and what you can do to make support easier to reach for clients and employees alike.
Good fit for: people teams, ERGs, clinical and community organizations
Building a premarital specialty, with a trauma-informed lens
For counselors, social workers, and therapists: how to add premarital work to your practice, what your intake needs to catch early, and where the CPMS™ (Certified Pre-Marital Specialist™) pathway fits. Evidence-informed and practical.
Good fit for: clinical associations, agencies, group practices, CE events
