Welcome to My Mental Health University®!

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, courses, digital materials, and affiliate programs. By accessing our site or purchasing any products, you agree to these terms in full.

Intellectual Property:
All course materials, videos, worksheets, and written content are the intellectual property of My Mental Health University® and may not be copied, distributed, or resold without written permission.

Course Access:
Access to purchased or registered courses is provided solely to the purchaser. Sharing login credentials or redistributing course materials is strictly prohibited.

Refund Policy:
Due to the digital nature of CE materials, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing. Refund requests will not be honored once course access has been granted.

Professional Use:
MHU’s trainings and resources are designed for educational purposes only and do not replace clinical supervision, therapy, or legal consultation. Users are responsible for compliance with licensure and ethical standards in their jurisdiction.

Limitation of Liability:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MHU disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for damages arising from the use of our website or services.

Governing Law:
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States.

Return & Refund Policy

At My Mental Health University®, we are committed to delivering high-quality, clinical training experiences. Please review our return policy before enrolling in a course.

Refund Policy

All course purchases are considered final. Due to the digital nature of our content and immediate access to course materials, we do not offer refunds once a course has been purchased.

We strongly encourage you to read the full course description, learning objectives, CE details, and technology requirements before completing your purchase.

Physical Products (Books and Workbooks)

Orders for the Guide, the Workbook, and the Complete Set can be cancelled at any time before the order ships for a full refund. Email hello@mymhuniversity.com with your order number and we will cancel and refund it.

Once an order has shipped, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on books.

If your book arrives damaged or has a printing or binding defect, email hello@mymhuniversity.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement at no cost to you. Shipping costs are not refundable except where an order is cancelled before shipping or a replacement is issued for a damaged book.

Books purchased through Amazon or another retailer are governed by that retailer's return policy, not this one.

Free Courses and Paid Courses

Free courses, where offered, carry no fee and therefore no refund. Paid trainings are subject to this refund policy.

Transfer Requests

We do not currently support transfers between courses or substitution of registrants. Each course enrollment is tied to the individual purchaser for tracking and certificate issuance.

Exceptions

Exceptions may only be made in rare cases of platform access failure or duplicate purchases. All such cases must be submitted in writing within 72 hours of purchase by emailing hello@mymhuniversity.com.
