Trademarks (Pending Registration)
The following marks are pending trademark registration with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO):
• Certified Pre-Marital Specialist™
• CPMS™
• The Before I Do Method™
Permitted Use
Third parties, including licensed CPMS™ Specialists, may reference our marks in accurate, non-misleading descriptions of our products and services (for example: “I am a Certified Pre-Marital Specialist™ trained in The Before I Do Method™”). All such uses must:
• Include the appropriate symbol (® or ™) with the mark
• Not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or partnership beyond what is contractually granted
• Not modify, abbreviate, or combine our marks with other marks in a way that creates confusion
Prohibited Use
Without our prior written permission, you may not:
• Use our marks in domain names, business names, product names, or social media handles
• Register our marks — or confusingly similar marks — as trademarks in any jurisdiction
• Use our marks in advertising, sponsorship, or marketing that suggests an affiliation, partnership, or endorsement we have not authorized
• Reproduce, modify, or create derivative works based on our logos, wordmarks, or visual identity

All other product names, brand names, and trademarks referenced on our website are the property of their respective owners. Reference to them does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
