Refund Policy

All course purchases are considered final. Due to the digital nature of our content and immediate access to course materials, we do not offer refunds once a course has been purchased.

We strongly encourage you to read the full course description, learning objectives, CE details, and technology requirements before completing your purchase.

No Free Courses Available

At this time, no free courses are being offered. All listed trainings require paid registration and are subject to this refund policy.

Transfer Requests

We do not currently support transfers between courses or substitution of registrants. Each course enrollment is tied to the individual purchaser for CE tracking and certificate issuance.

Exceptions

Exceptions may only be made in rare cases of platform access failure or duplicate purchases. All such cases must be submitted in writing within 72 hours of purchase by emailing hello@mymhuniversity.com.
