Introducing My Mental Health University: Where Clinical Excellence Meets Real-World Relevance

Introduction

Let’s be honest, continuing education (CE) courses can sometimes feel like a checkbox. Something we have to do to maintain our licenses. But what if it could be more than that? What if your CE hours actually helped you grow, inspired your work, and reignited your passion for the field?

That’s exactly why I created My Mental Health University, to shift the experience of continuing education from something required to something rewarding.

Why I built this

As a licensed clinician who has supervised, trained, and served diverse populations for years, I saw a gap. So many professionals were craving more, more support, more cultural relevance, more tools that actually translated into their sessions. I knew I couldn’t be the only one thinking: there has to be a better way to learn.

This platform was born from that space. From a desire to bridge what we know with how we practice, ethically, effectively, and with heart.

Who’s it for

Whether you're a parent, student, seasoned therapist, newly licensed counselor, clinical intern, life coach, or a professional looking to deepen your impact, My Mental Health University was designed with you in mind. Our courses speak to real issues clinicians face in today’s evolving world, things you didn’t always learn in grad school.

This isn’t just about CE credits. It’s about helping you show up fully for your clients, your practice, and yourself.

What We Offer

Here’s what you can expect from us:
